Occassionally, when you are growing a certain crop like us with peppers, other people's crop overage will find their way to you. And never were we more decidedly welcoming as with this crop of both fresh and dehydrated tabasco peppers from my mom and dad's place. They've been growing this tabasco plant for over 5 years, overwintering it in a greenhouse and freeing it in the spring to the great outdoors. I produces scores of peppers each year and we were very happy to be recipients to this crop.

The resulting hot sauce was very jammy in consistency and let me tell you guys, it was FIRE hot! It was decimated within a week.
