When you can't stop using your own hot sauce, you know it's good.

I've said it before that we are real pepper people, but guys I am a hot sauce fanatic! In 2023, as we started to hone in on the hot sauce flavor profiles that we were into, the habanero flavor became a family obsession--and by family, I mean our actual family and our friend group, the family that you pick for yourself.

We love a good sit down dinner in Laurel--a time to gather and talk about what's new. Of course, we always brought our latest hot sauce samplers. Thank you to everybody--we see you Matt--for helping us to understand which foods our hot sauce best pairs with. Not bad for any given Tuesday!!!
